I have been a member since 2008 i left SL for a while and when i come back i get my account being on hold. I was inactive for a year once and it never did that. I am worried that it might be deleted i filed a support ticket im just hoping i can get it back. I wrote my username is google because my name cannot be found on Mysecondlife.com here it is http://obijan.com/av/Erhan+Renfold I wanted to get other members advice on this subject.

before you reply do not tell me to empty my cache and try mozilla firefox or opera or safari because i tried and it doesnt work. It comes up telling me "were sorry but something went wrong" it doesnt even work in the SL viewer and for some weird reason i cant see my own profile it gives the same error but from time to time it works but i have never been able to access Mysecondlife.com Thanks for the help

I have been a member of SL since 2008 i went off the grid for 2 years and i came back now i retrieved all my information from my main account and when i logged in it said account on hold. When i left SL 2 years ago my account was not in this state. I have filed 2 support tickets 1 from my main account and the other from this temp account so i can view and comment on the ticket. I prey to god they will resolve this issue because i put alot of time and effort into that account and if i cant use it again im not going to bother with my newbie account.
