I can change my picture via the website, so why i should pay for a new one in game?

My picture in game doesn't show up. Why? Sorry about the lack of information. I meant, my profile picture. Yeah, in my web profil. I do have a picture. But in game, i don't. Why? How i can know this sort of information like the version and the name of my viewer?

I wear the Hud. A window pop-up and say to me that i need to "press to apply' i clicked, and nothing happen.

I indicated in my registration, that i was major. And I did everything the forum recommended to about age verification. And yet, I can not enter into some sim, some yes and others no. Can someone explain me why? ;w;
