Why has my Maturity Rating suddenly changed ?? It's been Adult,Mod and General for over three years and I have payment info on file!

I changed Bank Cards ,,, now I can only buy Linden on the website ,,, NOT in world!! Help???

Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can put a stop to the warning "This is a Duplicate of a previously listed event",,,when in Fact I have changed just about EVERY word in the Body,,,,The Header and even the Time,date and Length!! I have tried changing wording in every Place indicated and still am NOT allowed to post a legitiment event,,,Please do not tell me to "change the wording " slightly,,, THAT DOES NOT WORK,,! Please help??????
