I'm not sure i understood your post (i'm not so good with english). Actually i'm a 3D modeler and i'm trying to understand what is SL, how to model for SL and if i could like it I haven't enough experience here to have a "shop" atm, i'm exploring.

Very helpful answer thank you. So if i understood it right, i can use the aditi grid test to test the mesh. That's mean once i uploaded it in the market place i'm no more able to edit it to fix eventual bugs?

thank you very much for your post I have a couple question more: How many does it costs to me upload a mesh in the market place? Everytime i try to submit me i see a message "insufficent balance to upload". Also i would to know if is possible here to send in the market place a "derivable mesh" or only a finished products. PS: could you send to me your group link? I'm very interested

Good morning all I have a really dumb question. I'm totally new to SL but i'm a 3d modeler working with 3d max sinc 6 years now. I created contents in others 3d chat and want to see if i can do something in SL too. What make me confuse, is how to upload mesh. I have understood what kind of plugin i have to use but i'm totally confused about the steps i have to make after my mesh is complete, to upload it in the second life catalog. Any help is appreciated. I apologize if i did a repetitive question :)
