Krocus Friller

Had this problem from a few days ago nothing is able to rez and any item I try to attach to my avatar creates a invisiable +1 to my total inventory. I can not detach anything from my avatar but I can replace a item in the same slot with no issues. I have tried deleting my cache and even reinstalling SL to no effect is there anything else I can do on my end? Clean install had no effect... could this be on SL server side?
