Does the initial cost of buying a region/sim from LL include the land rent for a specific time frame?

I have found that sometimes, coming out of a group dance hud, you may keep the dance animation on, even after you have left. I tried to restart the game to get it to stop, and then, came back in as a ghost or floating orange mist. Couldn't access the current outfit I had on my avi, and googled how to fix it. I changed/adjusted all the settings that were suggested, but to no avail. Then, I saw things greyed out in my inventory, so, I clicked on another outfit folder, replaced current outfit, and guess what?? I came back! All was fine! If you ever run into this problem, as I have twice since joining less than a month ago, I have become better-versed on the ins and outs of SL. I am no expert, but if you are on a mission that could take a while to complete, you learn where things hide in the pref's and more. Simply changing your outfit to another fixed this problem for me again. Please try and see what happens with your avi! All the best, and good luck!! Chainz
