I know this, but they make it like there couldn't be any fix for inactive people. And I didn't meant the ones on the groups, but if those inactive people that don't play anymore they should be made inactive by LL and inform the owner of the account about it, and when they return they can get it back. Then there will be no more inactive groups from inactive people and/or inactive people since there's so much fuss about.

It's true that the groups of Basic accounts are being lowered by 7, and the groups of Premium accounts are being raised by 10 - and if you look at that math alone, it might not seem to add up. However, most residents have at least one alt. Technically, you can have up to 5 alts, and many residents are not entirely limited by that technicality. But let's you had one Premium Membership and 4 Basic alts - the number of groups you could have on your main account would go up by 10, but the total number of groups you could be a member of would go down by 18. This is important because all members of groups contribute to lag, even inactive group members. This is especially true for group chat. There are residents who have a lot of alts that they have not used in years that are still part of groups, and they are slowing those groups down. Lowering the number of groups for Basic accounts will not be a quick fix for this issue, but reducing the number of groups Basic members can join could help keep it from building further as we go forward.

Why there's no fix for the inactive people?! why not checking up who's still active, send them a message if no reply or no login after 1 year that account to be deactivated. That way there's 1 person in - (minus) on the not so crowded SL, lowering the groups issues and such. And yeah, taking our basics groups to add to the premium doesn't make sense sadly. I'll join the 42 groups I've got and keep them as long as I can.

I understand there are more premium people w/ more groups, but us as basics we're also in need of the groups. You say you have issues w/ the groups, but this change doesn't makes sense for me and other people. You're basically taking our groups away after years after giving us more groups from 25, and now you take them away for what? Does this really fixes your issues with the groups? Or this is your marketing strategy? Because it doesn't make sense. Us basics we never asked for anything, we're not receiving anything like the premiums, which is fine and I'm totally okay with it, because if people pay for something they should get the best of it, but at least let us keep our groups. That's all we're asking. We've got the fee, we've got the premium prices increase which is totally fair after years and years of having the same price, but this group thing doesn't make sense, and will definitely NOT fix your issue w/ the groups. So this thing maybe should be re-thinked.

This doesn't make sense for me. You're taking 7 groups from non-premium people and add 10 groups to premium. If there was such a big problem with the groups, why not let them be the way they're, delete the old; inactive; unused groups and fix the issues you have with them. For me this doesn't make any sense. Indeed, at the beginning we had only 25 groups, then we got 42 and was very nice, and now you're taking them back FROM NON-PREMIUM PEOPLE! But add 10 groups to premium?! Where is the logic? This feels like punishment because we cannot afford to be Premium tbh. I understand the fee of cashing out, but taking our groups too?! And you say you have nothing against the non-premium, right now tbh, this doesn't feel like it, and I feel pretty sad that I'll have to think what groups to keep and what to delete from 24 June.

I'm a non-premium person, I do understand there are costs and such, and they need money too.

BUT, taking 7 groups from our group limit, after we barely got the 42 ?!
Increasing the fee from 2.5% to 5% and unlimited?!

and for what exactly? They increased the premium prices too, they lowered the full sims w/ 20 Dollars?! And got nice homes for the premium people?!

Tbh, this change has screwed us the ones who live in EU A LOT! Because, when I take money from SL I am loosing already about 20 Dollars BESIDE their fee, because Dollar is lower than Euro and now with this increase on the fee, I'll be cashing out even less, and on top of that I'm also loosing my groups.

I'm really upset. I'd understand the fee increase but why take out groups away? How does this helps you "save" money? If Premium can have so many, why we can't keep ours @42 AT LEAST that. This is a very fast change and if someone wants to join SL they'll be very disappointed because everything is expensive right now in SL and now we have less groups too on top of everything else that goes so amazing. Even us w/o premium, we're paying things in SL, working and cashing or adding money. They increased the premium price too, i think that would've been enough to recover some of their looses on the sims prices w/o adding the fee, but..... what do I know right?!
