so as per my question earlier am still having the same problems. My SL worked fine till Saturday . I tried to reinstall the viewer as well but no help. I can brwose all other sites and watch videos so I know its not my network. Neither it's m firewall cos its turned off. But it gives this stupid message "Login failed. Despite our best efforts, something has gone qrong. Check the grid or check network and firewall". Also I tried to tp into different locations but that too doesn't help. It really is a bit weird now ! What more can I do ? Well I'm on a wired connection. And I didnt find the "reply" button to the answer so had to post it again . And I also switched on/off my network, was trying hours ago to login, gave up on it then came back now but still the same.Thanks anyways for trying to help will check if I can login to the regions said by you. Also the two regions mentioned in the answer also dont help.

Its been a while now am trying to log in, but it says it tired a few times and cannot do so, check your network and firewall. My network and firewall are just fine as I can do all other things except SL. Anyone help ? And my Firewall is turned off. It was on Saturday it was working but today when I try to log in its not. Now its really irritating. I am on a wired network its not wireless. I tried logging in again but still nothing of help. Network is fine actually the best in a few days and also the Firewall is turned off. Not sure why it's not working. Also tried the 2 regions suggested in an answer earlier.
