I own my own sim island and my movies will only play 4000m up in skybox and not on the ground sim. My movie portion will not even engage on the ground sim. Help please

I have land holdings of various sizes and want to find a sim but my available land holding amount is less than a sim. How do you acquire more than what is listed as your land holdings
