I accidentally requested deletion for LadySarahX. How do I undo it? I have rare items on that account.

My account called LadySarahX was temporarily disabled due to unpaid membersip fees. I paid them today and account was changed back to active, but I still can not log in using that account name. It keeps demanding for creation of new account and after that contacting to a support. What do I do?
