  1. WE have been trying to get a reset of my wife's password for days and we are not getting a response from LL. We openned a case 01939696, got asked for some more information, gave it ( almost 24 hours ago) and still she has not gotten a response that will allow her to log into an account that she is paying good monet for. If LL wants to know what they can so better, thay can start by taking better care of their existing customers before there are none left. That is basic customer server but LL for some reason can not seem to grasp that.
