3 Times now I have created a group only to have it disappear a week or so later. Does anyone know if there is a reason for this???

I purchased an item in world. I did not receive it so sent the creator an im and showed her the local chat. Upon hearing nothing a week later I sent her another message with a pic of my history showing I bought it. Still I have heard nothing and it's been about a month. What can I do?
