Hi.. does anybody know if a sim can be rotated or if a land terrain RAW file can be loaded to suit...as I have 2 sims side by side, and the planned landscaping was to be dictated by the land set-up..e.g.. I kinda would like the south side of the land load to be on the east side if that makes sense.. Thank you :)

i wish to buy some mainland property...is there a different process to owning a full sim? Are there transfer fees if i buy the land from somebody?
