Hey there,
I am the current owner of Pink Gentlemen's Lounge. We've been searching for a custom builder to make a club for us. We are currently on 1/4 of a sim and we have a few shops, so the building would need to fit on about 1/8 of a sim. Maybe a bit more if needed. Our budget is reasonable.
