To be able to greet visitors in a club environment, without shouting, I want to use a chat relay to avoid shouting. Any rules that apply or where i may find the rules would be helpful. Also a sign would be posted informing that a chat relay is in use. Thanks in advance for any replies.

What are the TOS rules for local chat extenders in a club? What are the conditions that must be met in order to use a local chat extender for a public club? Ok to be more clear, for the sole purpose to be able to greet visitors without shouting, say in a 40-60m radius.
