I already tried that but it didn't help

I already updated my viewer, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it didn't help at all.

I see grey avatars but everything rezzes for me well, like houses, trees, terrains and such. I am using Singularity and I already updated its latest version. I already cleared my cache as well, scan disc, defrag and scanned my computer for virus, but none helped. I even uninstalled and reinstalled my viewer, but it's still the same. I tried using a different viewer, like Firestorm but it is still the same. I used Astra viewer and the only avatar that rezzes for me is mine, but everyone is still grey and some things won't rezz too. I also updated my video card driver, but it didn't solve my problem. Please help me as I am running out of options. I filed a ticket and one of the options they gave me is to go in this site. Please help.
