Recently I purchased a skin from a retailer which was completly NOT what was advertised. As a result I used the merchant mechanism of a poor review. As a result, this merchant removed the product (this particular skin, leaving all the rest in place) so that the negative review was removed. As a result of that action, I posted on the forms here and named the merchant. That post was removed and a 'warning for interpersonal disputes" was issued. Clearly, this merchant is manipulating this system to remove any negative information. There has got to be some type of recourse. If anyone has ideas on how to address this issue, I'd love to hear how merchants like this were dealt with in the past. Thank you.
