  1. Hello all! I have been using Second Life, across many different viewers and avatars, on the same computer connected to the same network for over 2 years now. As of two days ago, I have been unable to stay logged into Second Life for longer than a few minutes. When logged in, I am unable to move my avatar but I can see others moving and the radio stations all work as normal. I have tried logging into multiple accounts, and into multiple viewers (Firestorm, Alchemy, Second Life) but it's always the same result. I've cleared my cache, deleted open notifications from the AppData folder, decreased and increased bandwidth settings, reset my router - All to no apparel. I'm running Windows 10 on a 64bit laptop, 8GB of RAM with an Intel Core processor. On a Wi-Fi connection (always have done, since I joined SL, never been a problem) The message I get is: "Darn! You have been logged out of Second Life. This region may be experiencing trouble. Please check your connection to the Internet." Think I should point out again that is is a very recent problem and have had little to no problems with my experience until now. PLEASE HELP!!
  2. Hi there. I have a big problem! My account balance is currently -4,999 Lindens... Following a conversation with a person at one of my favourite sims. We were talking about a really interesting object in SL costing 3,500 lindens, after I told him that I wasn't able to afford it at the current time, he gave me the gift of 5,000 lindens and then shortly after disappeared. Confused but delighted at receiving my gift, I went out and spent it! What can you expect? And so I came back online a couple of days later, with a sharp "-4,999L" on my account balance. Apparently the system has debited me 5 thousand lindens. What can I do about this? Someone told me that this could possibly be because the mone y gifted was 'stolen'. I would NEVER steal money, or use money that was illegal. But, I still refuse to pay back 10 pounds worth of lindens when really I didn't do anything wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
  3. I personally use Firestorm, and that seems to work very well for me! But as everyone has said, it all depends on your computer stability. For computers that can't handle as high graphics as SL Viewer 3 offers: Singularity, Firestorm and Dolphin viewers all work perfectly with low lag, and still enjoyable graphics.
