Look for someone to script a power ring for me.

I'm looking for someone with "scripting a power ring" experience, for a project. -
Hate to say it, but both links are dead. I would really like to hirer a scripter, but have been very unsuccessful at finding one. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
