Hello i turned premium in 8th of August this year, i know that the 1000L will only be paid when i have 45 dasys old ,as premium ,but i also havent got my 300L week. is there any problem ,or i must wait until next week?? Thank you very much

i turned premium on 8th of August and i have not not my week 300L yet, can please someone tell me if that is normal? thank you
