Full sims cost $295 a month. I'm not a land baron. Just someone who got caught out with friends and now has to foot the bill for it or give it up. The rental per month is only half of what it costs me. No profit is being made. If you can get half of a full (prim) sim for less, go for it and I'd really love if you'd share the information so I can get in on that too.

Rental on 1/2 of Mykonos (32768sqm, 7500 prims) is $148US per month (this is cost), paid in Lindens as a lump sum, on or before 23rd of each month. This comes with full permissions, including rights to terraform. You may split the half into however many pieces you like and allocate them as you like. Basically you OWN your entire half.
