That's good to know but I already invested in BOSH, and I'd love to know how to use it. These scripts are kinda expensive and I'm on a budget haha.

This picture is how it should look like. I will go back and check the weights again, even though I found nothing wrong with them. I probably bind and rebinded it 10 times. I just dont understand why it looks normal even when I move it around in blender, but the moment I upload it and the problem occurs... And I dont think the design is this bold, look at this one.

So I'm using currently BOSH, but I can't figure out how I can make one hud with multiple textures that each have different AO and Normal map. I'm starting to get the feeling that it's not possible..

Aww thanks a lot! I hope so too, did spend about a week to figure out how to make it lol I thought so too, and I tried everything possible with the weights, but had no luck fixing it. Can you tell me what other addons and programs I can use to not get distortion? I am using blender and avastar. Also the problem with your suggestion is that I cannot get specific shapes of the mesh in Marvelous Designer in a T-pose, it's very rigid and limiting. One of the biggest creators I can think of who does a lot of hands in pockets is Amitomo.

Yes they are rigged to a static pose. And I did try to remove the weights of the arms but then the whole mesh got broken, all sort of weird weights started happening. There really is not an option to rig just to the chest since the mesh body doesn't really have such an option. And I can't keep the sleeves separated while rigging because there will be holes in the seams.

That is actually what I did, however the problem is the pose with the outfit does not look how it looks in blender and there is a lot of pulling happening that I can't seem to fix. This is how it looks in blender. The weights are not ideal but there is nothing weird going on. And this is what's happening in SL. Weird weights, things poking through and the sleeves twisting. And I've locked pretty much the whole upper body with the pose, and have no clue why this is happening. I've never had similar issues before so I'm assuming it must be the fact it's rigged in this pose and then played in world.

I'm particularly asking for "hands in pockets" meshes. Does anyone have some tutorial sources? I know the basics but it's not working great, I suppose I might be mixing the steps. I know I have to make a pose for it, and I do that but the results aren't very desirable and I've exhausted my knowledge. And oddly I couldn't find anything on this topic.. Thanks!

I will keep these things in mind and will check but I think I found a solution. I switched compatibility mode to Windows 8, and managed to go 2-3h without a crash, so I think that fixed it.. There seems to be some bad communication with Widnows 10 it seems... And for the record, I tried Black Dragon viewer, same thing happened. It was Second life in general, not the viewer it seems.

Well, I got it re-installed and cleaned with a cooling paste, it's not overheating and it happened again. So it's not the laptop.

I'm just going to drop it off for a clean and cooling paste and we will keep you updated! I hope it solves the issue

*edit my whole laptop shuts down, and I know everyone will say heating problems, it's possible, just no clue what to do about it, I am using an external fan and it heats as it always have, but never shut down before. I've used blender, zbrush, photoshop, played heavy games, never had this issue before....

I've used this laptop before with no issues, but now it's been clean installed with windows 10, and at a random time, my screen just shuts down but my laptop is running, that happens with other viewers too. I have no clue what's the issue, i've downloaded the latest drivers for everything. I'm really lost at what to do. CPU. Intel Core i7-4720HQ 242. GPU. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (4GB GDDR5) 111. Display. 15.6”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), IPS. HDD/SSD. 1TB HDD, 7200 rpm. RAM. 16GB DDR3. OS. Windows OS. Battery. 52Wh, Li-Po, 6-cell.

Pretty sure I can't upload money from my card. I have to have my bank account connected which is not possible since our banks have a different code which is not a sort code...

I know, mine is Visa Electron but how come the currency is a problem? Aren't like they converted immediately? I've never had any problem shopping before..

I read the FAQ but I'm still confused. I'm from Bulgaria trying to buy lindens with visa electron, it accepts my card but when I click Buy Now it says There was a problem accepting your payment or sth like that... Tried with paypal no success either, what do I do?

I've manually updated my wireless drivers, started the viewer again and it lagged then BSOD. I was in City Of Lost Angeles which is an rp place with CCS, so when I moved to some other place the lagg disappeared so did the BSOD. So I'm guessing it has something to do with this place, but I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

Okay so everything was fine until today. I got the BSOD again, driver_irql_not_less_or_equal netio. sys... updated my wireless drivers, second life crashed after that one more BSOD. I am seriously dazed how could I play for 2 days without a problem after updatingy graphic drivers and now I get this again...

Here's what fixed it for me. Even though my Inter Graphic card said to be up to date I tried to update it manually since automatically it always said that this driver is not suitable for my PC although it was. After I did that the problem disappeared, at least for now. I've been playing for hours and nothing happened, which is good. I'll consider it fixed for now, thank you very much for the help and the links you gave me!
