I got a media plug in failure. How do I fix that?

My partner recently passed away in rl and I just deleted the partnership this morning. However, I did not realize there would be a 25L charge. I only maintain a base account and have 19L in it. I am unable to make up the difference. Is there anything that can be done about this or do I need to leave SL?

I have checked my email and IMs but there has not yet been a message. Any ideas?
