I did go to Barneys Bay abd tried to open it and nothing I'll try one more time to be sure.

I recently made a purchase at a store in game and no matter what I do it's not the item I bought. I bought a muff and it's a blue handbag! I've tried everything to get it to work and nothing! Can someone please help me or tell me how to contact the seller?? Very frustating :(
