I am still having the same problem what is going on is that the chart tells me that I have 512 meters squared available but the problem is I don't own any of it I am NOT using it I am trying to go down to the 0.00 option however every time I do it tells me that in order to downgrade to no land usage: I have to upgrade to a premium account which I do not have it tells me that I cannot old land without a usage tear without a premium account but I don't have a premium account

Under my mainland I don't own any land. Any land I might have had has been abandoned a long time ago. I haven't owned any land since I returned to my freebie account.

Recently my economic situation dictated that I go from a premium account to a freebie again just to save a few bucks. This morning I found that I'd been charged $5 for a land usage fee. I try to go to the $0.00 option and it tells me that I must upgrade to a premium account. I was under the impression that I had to cancel the premium account to do that and now that I have I have to go back just to get rid of that land usage fee? Is there any way around this aside from cancelling this account?
