I have been having the same problems with not being able to post events since the 26th Feb. I finally managed to get one through for today, however, one i'm trying to post for tomorrow, which is relatively similar, is being refused, because "The event title or description contains text that is not allowed. Please reword your event." It is a harmless Moderate post I'm trying to send. I have removed or changed any word that could remotely be seen as 'naughty', but the problem still persists. This is soooo frustrating, I have filed a case thing, however i found no direct link in the dropdown menu to do with events, so i posted it to marketplace issues. I am hoping that someone from the case crowd will see this message and guide my case to the relevant people, so they can fix the system (and/or supply a readily available list of 'words that are not allowed'), so I can get back to business as usual.

Hi, over the last couple days I have been receiving spam email from www.mmook.com, coming from various senders, to my SL email service. The rate i am getting them is increasing also. I dont want to get these messages, I dont know how they started coming. How do I block them? Regards, Abbey

Hi, was wondering why this is happening. I have recently bought a new laptop, and installed Firestorm. For the vast majority of time, mesh items rezz perfectly. It has happened on three or four different occasions now, that I have seen a mesh item of clothing, that is stretched & mangled way out of proportion, across the screen, and sometimes the item of clothing appears to have migrated to another avatar in its horribly stretched form, while the owner's avi is invisible where the item of clothing should be. I might add that there are other avi's nearby this person, who's mesh clothing are rezzed perfectly. What's up with that? Answers very appreciated. Sincerely, Abbey

Perhaps LL should reconsider that line of thought. Although I might be $L poor at the moment, I always have the potential - as any other person in SL, to bring in more people to SL, who might well lash out loads on the place. Similarly, many newbies mightn't be able to afford swish clothes at the start, and to have to hunt amongst seas of demo's 'n whatnot, on top of trying to get their head around the workings of sl, might well turn them off the whole thing altogether. So the trick would be to help make the experience that bit more enjoyable and easier I would have thought.

I have exactly the same request, was infact searching for a way to find a solution to the problem of having to sift through thousands of demo's to find what I want, which are not demo's. I tried the search option of -demo, which clearly doesn't work on the marketplace. On ebay -xyz works well to exclude xyz from one's search. Perhaps that might be a viable option for the marketplace. Or, as suggested, demo's have their own group. Keen to see positive results. Sincerely,
