So, my computer couldn't access SL for a while but it wasn't banned, finally SL let me on, but this week, I can no longer access SL. I'm in a case right now no bans are on me how the hell to I fix this error....

When I go to log in in my new apartment where I'm here with a room-mate who was already here who also plays SL I tried logging on and it said I cannot connect from this computer and if it's an error contact their email. Seeing as the email is offline I came to you guys. Please help ASAP.
