  1. tried to add a skrill account wich i already charged with money but on the first 3 times it did the pay and refund process to validate / activate the account, i got the emails for the purchase and refund but wouldnt add the account, the screen went white the thinking / processing logo went on and on but nothing. after that i kept doing the same and i still am now, add payment method, pick skrill, log in, shows my money right, everything goes smooth till i hit pay. now i only get this: We are unable to process this payment.An error has occurred. Please go back to the merchant and try again. and then changes to this screen Skrill cancelled this payment method addition. Please go back to the cashier and try again, or return to the billing information page. Please contact Second Life Support if you see this error more than once. any help on this? i charged my account on skrill with a paysafe card, wich was how i used to buy lindens and now my only option is via skrill to continue to do so, if this has no solution ive just wasted money for nothing. back in the old days was so easy to buy lindens, now its a mess :/ update answer to alwin alcot well if SL acepted it and made the forward pay and refund, then got stuck on the final validation due to tne ongoing maintenance that one thing, but now that its done not doing nothing is another thing. i do think it could be a skrill issue, and ive allready sent the case to them, but so far.. just waiting. regarding payment safety.. cant get more safe than a paysafe card, we had wirwox eldex and so many other that we could use. no cc info, no bank acc numbers nothing. anonymus and safe. this is a way to get income from cc tax fees plus the fees i pay to get the money on skrill for instance. in the end its not safety its profit.
  2. to complete my previous answer, to your updated question. i came across a few hours ago with this TOS thing. on the billing page, press the buy or the sell L$, and you should get a notice of new TOS aceptance before you can proceed, wich will ask you to log in your avatar. thats where i found it more preciselly. if that doesn't help, i could only suggest the following: 1 - uninstall every viewer 2 - check for folders that got left after the uninstall (tricky, because to see some you must activate to show hidden folders and know where to look) 3 - software that would clean up your registry and defragment it, so all regarding SL is wiped 4 - make a fresh install of SL Viewer (and hope it's fixed!) no more ideas here
  3. hey there. ive came across something that might help you out. try going to your billing page and you will find something there regarding acepting the new TOS, wich will link to open the game. that might force to show the TOS window once you log in. hope it helps

[updated] for the ones who read my complaint here, regarding new tos of linden, im glad to see it come to an end! glad to annouce that just a few minutes ago i found systems back online and working and managed to buy my lindens at last! :D i know this wasn't just a one man's effort, many of us sl user fought this and wanted this to end like this, giving us all a chance to use this game the way we want or can. systems are up! go get your lindens boys and girls! :D it's shopping time!
