I've actually been working there as a host for several months so that's all done.

Thank you, Valerie, that's just what I was going to do but I just have to figure out where to start. I have an idea what I'll ask for but it's good to hear someone say what I've been thinking!

I have been offered a job to be manager of a small-ish club and the owner asked me what I would like for salary (I am also a host and will keep 100% of my tips). I don't know what to tell him, don't want to break his bank, but don't want to cheat myself either. Does anyone have any suggestions?
