How can I change usernames without losing my present avatar and history, and inventory

why is this problem ocuuring

how do I change the quantity in the shopping cart if it has multiples of the same Item

my current clothing list does not say I am wearing underpants or a undershirt. I tried to remove numerous times by removing Items directly from my current outfit list then also from clicking on my avatar and saying remove all clothes. I then tried using just the clothing list and click on the Items and say take off if It will appear. I tried two different avatars. I don't know what to do and would appreciate some advice!
