Well, I'm trying to make an avatar looking way as posible to this, the thing is that I can't find a long hair with a pair of pigtails on each side, I'm also looking for some chinese green dresses that could be somewhat similar (It doesnt need to be exactly looking like it)

Hello, I'm looking for any accesory, item, skin, shape, etc, that could help me looking exactly like the character from this picture: http://i.imgur.com/r5IS5PQ.jpg I've seen some hairs and skins, but still not convinced, I'm open to any help :)
