my mate is not able to access the secondlife server need a phone number or webpage to go to for help

Help!! I have been trying to transfer my magic box over to the direct deliver system and it keeps telling me I need to make an account... but... I already have and account... I only need to transfer it over.. have followed the step by step provided but when I try to "drop" the items into the "Merchant Outbox" I get a circle with line thru it {NO} and it will not allow me to put my items it to send... please help!
