Well its not just intel. My AMD RAEDON INTEGRATED GRAPHIC DOES THE SAME THING . i HAVE UPGRADED ALL MY DRIVERS AND EVERYTHING. iT ONLY DOES IT WITH SECOND LIFE NOTHING ELSE.

Wish I had an answer I have upgraded to Windows 8 and my HP no longer works right as far as Phoennix or SL Viewer goes. My screem blinks have AMD integrated graphics and SL is the the only app I have the problem with. I hve updated the drivers and everything it blinks at a very frustrating rate.
