he comprado un objeto en merkaplace y no lo he recibido, he mandado nota de reclamación con la transaccion al vendedor pero no me contesta, mire en su perfil y vi un correo electronico pero no esta correcto, he mirado en los grupos del vendedor y no se conecta desde hace mas de un mes, como puedo solucionar mi problema?
