Edit 1: 1. You are in a parcel or region where you are not allowed to rez objects. Go somewhere else. Done. 2. The parcel where you are trying to rez the object is full. Go somewhere else. Done. 3. The sim's servers are malfunctioning. Go somewhere else. Done. 4. The information in your inventory is out of date or has been corrupted. Clear your inventory cache manually.
