Plugged in and still the same problem...

I am using wireless but it is a good wireless connection, I have done it wireless before on a previous laptop a long time ago, It is fully up to date and my laptop is above the minimum requirements. I am lost

I installed SecondLife onto my laptop, it plays other games fine like WoW etc but everytime I try and boot up Second life, a box comes up named Crash Logger and then shuts off, I have tried re installing and the same happens for pheonix etc.
