I became a premium member; I've gone to the Premium-Member kiosk locations and tried clicking to claim my item, but it hasn't been delivered. It just keeps saying, "Your item is on it's way!" Is this normal for it to not be in my inventory after 6+ hours?

I see a lot of sites that offer Coupon Codes for $1000L off any purchase, but there's no where to input them on the checkout screens. Are these sites frauds? Or am I missing something?
