From what I can see a 100USD transfer fee will need to be paid for each of the three sims to be transferred to you, that transfer fee includes a free reloaction so why not find the 3 regions and request new locations that match the configuration you require?

One full region for sale, total price including transfer fees 200USD At the time of the sale the sim will be cleared of all objects ready for you to start from the beginning.
