I am having the same damn problem; all I get for answers is that its my PC and/or ISP (internet service provider); its really ridiculous to pay so much to make your avatar look nice but SL goes and ruins it; and they do not even have the integrity to fix the problem.

Why can I not get proper help with SL? I tried to do everything on http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=bake_fail but nothing is working! My avatar is either a cloud or the original dummy avatar. I spent alot of money to make my avatar look nice but now it looks like crap! Please give me a real solution isntead of blaming my computer and/or internet service provider. Thank you!
