SL had live chat help in premium, but they either don't have it anymore or made it tougher to find. You get a free premium house (it's ok, you can do whatever you might want to do there) and 300L/mo I think. But, real live help was the feature I miss the most.

I went to the address, if that is it, same reply....there is nothing helpful there.
