i can see the top of my avi's head or just the tag and not may avi unless i zoom out but when i do the view get all crazy i can not see my avi walk or anything unless i zoom out its like to focus is messed up or something and i am not sure what i need to do. i have hit escape and tried to adjust my focus and it has not helped can someone help me please and thank you

i need to know how to make my avi move with the letter keys and not the arrow keys does anyone know how to fix this and how to tex refresh on this viewer please and thank you
