A parcel of abandoned land adjacent to my property has just become available. If I buy this land, I will be bumped up into the next higher tier level, which I don't want to do. But I really want this parcel more than another piece of my land, which is the same size. If I buy this abandoned parcel now and am able to sell the other same-sized piece of my property within a few days, will my tier for the month be at the higher level, or will it be prorated? Thanks.

Actually, i didn't post twice by accident -- I wasn't sure which forum was the right one for my question, so i intentionally posted in both places. I am new to this -- forgive me for my error if you can.

I just tried to purchase a parcel of abandoned land, and the first time I clicked "purchase," nothing happened. I waited for a minute or two, and then I clicked "purchase" again. This time, the purchase went through, but then I noticed I had been charged twice. Now I am trying to buy an adjacent parcel, and the same thing is happening -- I clicked "purchase," my balance went down by the amount of the purchase price, but the parcel ownership has not yet been transferred to me. I don't want to click "purchase" again for fear of being charged double. How can I get my Linden $$ back on the first purchase, and how can I get this second purchase to complete, now that I've already paid? Thanks!
