i see alot of benifits of switching to a empty parcel of mainland but would i have to pay extra fees that i wouldn't for my linden home or if i abandon my house for a different land parcel thats less limiting would i be able to count it as my free 512m that i have now? i hope this isnt too confusing.

I don't know how to claim my 1,000 lindens for buying a premium membership? the information given on how to do it was misleading it said that you have to click a premium kiosk and press buy, but the buy option is unavailable (grayed out). what do I do?
