Hi Alicia,I had the same problem for a while..I finally realised it was my Default setting that was wrong..This was after the Linden Group Restarted the whole area after my request for help. I only know how to do this for Windows..but I'm sure it's the same principle for Mac So here we go... Firstly go to Control Panel..then open PROGRAMS,there you'll see DEFAULT PROGRAMS,look for "Set Program Access &Computer Defualts" From there just hit the MICROSOFT WINDOWS.button and OK. If you look at it later it will have changed back to CUSTOM..but it seems to stay with your selected choice.
