I would like to post an invitation to participate in a research study on instructional design for Second Life language courses. My school requires a letter of permission from all location where students do outreach for participants. Is there a moderator for the SLED list I can ask for this permission?

I would like to post an invitation to subscribers to the SLED mail list to participate in my research project on best practices for instructional design for courses conducted in SL. My school, Northcentral University, requires a letter of permission from mail list for recruiting participants. To whom would I address a request for this letter?
