When i try to sell my lindens appear the following message 'Your daily trading limit is US$0.00' how can i increase my daily limit? Thanks a Lot!!!

I paid for a premium account but canceled it the same day for personal reasons, gave the house, and I selected the option to downgrade account to basic, I want to know if Linden Lab will deduct the amount from the account without having used the total time for which I paid?, there is some kind of refund?

I want to upgrade my acount to premium, but i wonder if the cost will be charge to my credit card in my local coin or just in USD cuz my local coin its different from USD in my country its BSF (Boilivares Fuertes); is there a way to change the coin to the one that i want to use? THANKS!
