I have a college/meeting in 10 mins...and my computer won't open the viewer. I have re downloaded it 3 times, and it's still not working. Internet is strong. It worked last night, and for the last few days, when I got it to download. I NEED HELP PLEASE!!! i've tried everything that was mentioned, and it still doesn't work. I'ved used internet at both the college and at home, and now am hardwired it. I've restarted it, and uninstalled and reinstalled.
