Hello friends!
Posting this awesome setup in Bay City - Edgartown, as follows:
4 parcels 100% protected, made from:
816 sqm - 560 prims
768 sqm - 526 prims
1552 sqm - 1064 prims
1024 sqm - 702 prims
TOTAL: 4160 sqm - 2852 prims
I also have another parcel in Edgartown at 1056 sqm - 724 prims (5216 sqm - 3581 TOTAL PRIMS)
WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR:
3 adjacent parcels in Bay City, preferably 100% (4x) protected, plus difference at a fair price (~130 L$/sqm).
These parcels cost an arm and a leg, so please don't lowball.
I don't mind alternative offers, but consider I'm not a land trader, so you might get a simple no-no.
If you looking to buy, 130L$/sqm is not a fair price anymore, last similar setup I saw for sale was 724k L$ for 4 parcels.
Have fun, good people of SL!

After 2 weeks period is over, price will go back to 900k.

Hello, I will keep this on sale for 2 weeks or so.
Location: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Oxbrow/177/244/66
Broke the bank to get this parcel, still not 100% decided to let it go.
The sim is protected more than half, the area is not super-laggy.

Only this weekend!
I am looking for a co-rent on a full sim, moderate rated.
Would be awesome to share a grandfathered, as we plan for a long-term rent.

Thanks!

I think the outcome of the survey is pretty predictible, and also accurate. There are not many bussiness models in SL. Those remainings are those who can't move to Sansar (rentals, Gor-related, everything that implies scripting in LSL, also sculpties builders, game makers, etc)
On the other side, the mesh builders probably voted out of SL. Better envirnonment promised by Sansar would be an increase on such bussiness. The software used for 3d modelling is the same. A higher budget for advertising Sansar over SL will also be noticeable

Everything you said can be done in mouselook.

Privacy question, could also be a recommendation.
I've been thinking alot about privacy, and I came up with this thought, that imo should be implemented both SL and Sansar:
camera should stick to the avatar, not move freely around. Still, you should be able to move the camera when in build/edit mode. And when in build/edit mode, you shouldn't be able to see other avatars.
