Pearlygurlee Ducatillon

I am having trouble getting a redelivery of nails i bought worth a considerable amount of linden, the owner of the shop told me ive to catch her when she's online to prove i purchased "her" nails as i dont have the transaction id dated from last september. There is a bug in the script and i can't resize the bleedn things and she wants to make this a difficult chase. any ideas people? to those who have answered, i appreciateyour feedback but the nails are non transfer and she refuses to make a time to agree to meet so i can verify i purchased "her" nails. as u can imagine im not impressed with her customer service and quite vehement bout the matter... they were 900L nails. you would think she would want to keep her customers!!! good idea bout the email, but no luck there either :)
