oh I hope i dont get into any trouble if thats considered sharing accounts, my friend suggested I try it only to see if there was something wrong with my own account. But thank you, your suggestion helped

I've just updated my secondlife viewer and now i am unable to log into my account. It will go through the log-in process but once it reaches the end, it will freeze and then crash with the default "view ims blah blah" with the grey background. What's weird is that when I try to log-in with my friends account, it works just fine. Could anyone please tell me what could be the problem and suggest some solutions?

Thanks for your reply, but it's not the actual build of the mesh that I'm concerned with. I want to texture parts of a full perm mesh that I've purchased to make certain parts transparent to slightly change the overall look of the mesh

Hi, as you all know since SL has been introduced to mesh, there isn't much variety being that many people don't know how to create their own mesh or like I, just havn't mastered it yet. So I was wondering if it would be possible to make parts of a rigged mesh transparent without any glitches, just to add my own creativity to it for some variety. Is there a way of doing this successfully? Can it be done successfully?
